Enrollment

We encourage you to visit virtually (homepage of website) or in-person. When you visit the school, please bring your little one too! It is important to watch them in the space and voice any questions. We are here to help you make the best choice for your child (ren).

Once an application has been submitted and accepted, you will be notified. We can then set a date to send out enrollment paperwork. Return the paperwork at your scheduled orientation visit, along with the $500 Enrollment Fee, to confirm and secure program placement.

Seedling (12-33 months) and Sprout (24-39 months) Classrooms

** Tuition includes snacks, on-site 'field trips' and all curriculum enrichment activities (Yoga, Music and Movement or ASL).

** Siblings receive a 10% tuition discount (discount taken from lesser tuition amount - excludes Extended Day fees).

** Military families receive a 10% tuition discount (taken from tuition - excludes Extended Day Fees)

** First Responders (EMT, Nurse, Fire, Police) receive a 10% tuition discount (from tuition-excludes Extended Day Fees)

Application Fee:

Enrollment Fee:
$500.00 (Non-Refundable) Paid after acceptance into the program – submitted with enrollment paperwork. Paperwork and fee are due within two weeks of receiving forms in order to confirm and reserve your child's placement. The $500.00 enrollment fee is rolled over each year until your child completes the final month of their final contracted school year and leaves the school. At that time the $500.00 fee will be subtracted from the final contracted payment (June for 10 month students and August for 12 month students).

** If your child leaves prior to the end of their contract, for any reason, the Fee is forfeited.

Extended Day: 7:30 - 8:30 A.M & 3:00 - 5:30 P.M   Hourly Fee: $9.00   

Tuition: School Day/8:45 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. 

5 Day Program:                 $1289.00/month

4 Day Program:   $999.00/month                            

3 Day Program:                 $859.00/month                                

                               


Children’s House: Tree Classroom (Preschool - Kindergarten)

** Tuition includes snacks, year long curriculum enrichment activities, specials (Yoga, Music and Movement or ASL).

Drop-In Day Fee  

$12.00/hour
Hourly rate for extended day as well as the Montessori school day.  This is offered to current students who may need to add a day and if space is available on the requested day. Fees are due on the date of drop-in.               


Payment Plans/Policies

1.  $200.00 Full Payment Discount -  Deducted from total tuition. Paid prior to child’s first day.

2.  10 Month Payment Plan (September – June) Tuition payable at the first of each month. Payments are late after the tenth of each month and a $35.00 late fee per paper check or automatic debit will be charged.  A returned check fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account. You will be notified via email and/or phone.

3.  12 Month Payment Plan (September – August) Tuition payable the first of each month. Payments are late after the tenth of each month and a $35.00 late fee per paper check or automatic debit will be charged.  A returned check fee of $25.00 will be added to all payments returned by the bank unpaid. You will be notified via email and/or phone.

4. 10% discount - taken from the lesser tuition amount (does not include extended day)

** A $10.00/10 minute late pick-up fee will be expected at time of pick-up of your child or you will be billed.
